Abstrak

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Lumajang. The population of this research are employees who work in PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Lumajang. This population is heterogeneous which can be seen from the various age and gender with the number of 60 respondents with sampling technique in this study is random sampling. This research uses descriptive analysis method of multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the partial job satisfaction effect on employee performance while for organizational commitment does not affect partially. Significant to employee performance at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Lumajang. The result of coefficient of determination R2 shows as much as 9,3% employee performance can be explained by organizational commitment variable and job satisfaction, while the rest 90,7% employee performance is influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Variables not studied in this study are work environment, leadership style, work motivation and others.
