This study aims to determine the effect of Stress and Conflict on Employee Performance at PT. Randu Putri Perkasa Nusantara Lumajang, either partially or simultaneously. Sempel technique that is used is sempel saturated. The results of this study show that partially stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the conflict has no significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously stress and conflict does not affect the performance of employees of PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Lumajang. The result of coefficient of determination show that equal to 0,063 which shows that 6.3% employee performance can be explained by independent variable that is stress and conflict, sedngkan rest that is 93,7% employee performance influenced by other variable not careful in this research. Limitations of this study is to examine only stress and conflict on employee performance at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara Lumajang. While other variables that affect employee performance in expect other researchers.
