Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, satisfaction and discipline of work on car rental driver loyalty in Lumajang. This research is a quantitative research by finding associative association that is causal or research that is asking about the relationship between two or more variables and causality. The sample taken is 40 people. Sample technique used is simple random sampling (simple random sampling). The results of this study indicate that partially financial compensation has no significant effect on employee loyalty, satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Simultaneously financial compensation, satisfaction and work discipline have a significant effect on car rental driver loyalty in Lumajang. The resulting multiple linear regression function is Y = 0.938 + 0.068X1 + 0.385X2 + 0.283X3 + e. The result of determination coefficient shows that 84,1% employee loyalty can be explained by independent variable that is financial compensation, satisfaction and work discipline, while the rest is 15,9% employee loyalty influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The limitations of this study are to examine only financial compensation, satisfaction and work discipline as factors affecting employee loyalty, while other variables that can affect employee loyalty are expected to be examined by subsequent researchers in different periods and internet services.
