Abstract

The role of human resource management in organization is not only administrative,but  able to develop human resource potential to be creative,innovative and professional in facing a problem in organizing.Along with the increasingly advanced competition rapid technological changes and the environment so drastic in aspects of human life as well as the organization requires a professional human resources.This study aims to determine the motivation and job training that are significant simultaneously and partially to the performance employees of CV.Mustika Karyajaya Sakti’s quality control.This research
was conducted 42 employees. By using multiple linear regression analysist technique.The result of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously motivation and job training affect the employee performance of the quality control CV.Mustika Karyajaya Sakti.The coefficient of determination showed that 92,6% of employee performance can be explained by independent variables of motivation and job training,while the rest is 7,4% employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study,for example work envoronment,job stress,compensasion,etc.Limitations of this study is to examine the motivation and job training as a factor affecting employee performance while other variables that can affect employee performance is expected to be examined by further researchers on different periods and internet services.
