This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on
the performance of teachers in the foundation darun najah lumajang district. This
research is a quantitative research by finding associative association that is causal or
research that is asking about the relationship between two or more variables and
causality. The sample taken is 53 people. The sampling technique used is saturated
sampling. The results showed that partially and simultaneously there is no influence
between organizational culture and work environment on teacher performance on
foundation of darun najah by yielding doubled linear regression function is Y = 5,985 +
0,094X1 + 0,104X2 + e. the limitations of this study is to examine the organizational
culture and work environment that affect the performance of teachers, sedangankan
other variables that can affect the performance of teachers is expected to be examined
by researchers next in different periods.
