In an effort to improve employee performance, an organization is required to have appropriate management of human resources, so that the desired performance can be achieved in accordance with expectations. Not all employees working at the Lumajang District Disaster Management Agency have the performance expected by the organization, both in terms of quality, quantity and effectiveness and time efficiency of their work. This condition is indicated because each employee has discipline, motivation and work ability that are different from one another. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment conditions partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Lumajang District Disaster Management Agency. Respondents in this study were 40 employees of the Lumajang District Disaster Management Agency. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of research on work discipline and work motivation did not significantly influence the performance of employees of the Lumajang District Disaster Management Agency, but the work environment had a significant partial effect on the performance of employees of the Lumajang District Disaster Management Agency. In addition, the results of the study also showed a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the Lumajang District Disaster Management Agency.
