Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance Icon Technolog, either partially or simultaneously. This study tested the hypothesis that there is influence of compensation and motivation to Icon Technology employee performance. The research method used is multiple linear regression statistic method. The results showed that for the compensation variable has an effect on employee performance and motivation variable has no effect on Icon Technology employee performance. While simultaneously there is influence of compensation and motivation to employee performance of Icon Technology with coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained equal to 0,319 which indicate that 31.9% employee performance can be influenced by compensation and motivation, while rest 68,1% employee performance influenced by variable others not investigated in this study. The limitation of this study is to examine only compensation and motivation on employee performance. While other variables that affect the performance is expected to be investigated by further researchers.
