Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (PERSERO) Rayon Tempeh. The sample of this research were 35 employee chosen by Simple Random Sampling method, while the data were collected using questionnaire to be analyzed. The results of the analysis prove that the compensation has no significant effect on the performance, motivation has a significant effect on the performance. Compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. The result of this research have implication to compensation and motivation to improve employee performance of PT. PLN (PERSERO) Rayon Tempeh. With the compensation and motivation given well by the company then it is expected the employee performance can be improved as well.
