Human resources are an important asset in the organization. The underlying reason is that even if you have capital and physical resources, without the support of the role of human resources or employees, it will not work perfectly. This is of course because employees act as a driving force in organizational life. employees organize and manage the organization. Without employees, the organization will not function properly. Related to this, the issue of work culture for the performance of employees of the Tekung District Office is interesting for further research in the context of an agency that functions as a community service and activity support. The purpose of this study seeks to find out the relationship between people, work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Tekung District office. The research uses quantitative methods with data sources obtained from internal and external data of employees at the Tekung District office. The population of this research is 30 employees. By collecting data using a census technique of 30 employees. From the data obtained, it shows that human relations have an effect, work culture has proven to have no effect, while work motivation has an effect on employee performance in the Tekung District office
