Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Motivation on Employee Performance CV.Langgeng Makmur Bersama in Lumajang District. Population in this research is employee of staff of CV.Langgeng Makmur Bersama in Lumajang Regency. This population is heterogeneous which can be seen from various age and sex, and employee position with 45 respondents with sampling technique in this research is random sampling. This research uses descriptive analysis method of multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that partially training and work motivation affect the performance of employees. imultaneously training and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance CV. Langgeng Makmur Bersama in Lumajang District. The result of coefficient of determination R2 shows as much as 67,6% employee performance can be explained by
the variables of training and work motivation, while the rest 32,4% employee performance influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Based on t test is known that training and motivation of work have a significant and positive impact on employee performance, because the three independent variables have a significance value smaller than 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination partial value of work motivation variable becomes the dominant variable affecting employee performance.
