Abstract

Leaders and employees are human resources which are important factors in
the company. The leader runs the company to achieve the goals that have
become the vision and mission and supports the company employees to
educate, protect, advise, see and embrace employees. This study aims to
determine the impact of autocratic, democratic and laissez faire leadership
styles on improving employee work performance at UD. Fajar Jaya
Lumajang. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, to
determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The
results of this study can be concluded that, autocratic, democratic and laissez
faire leadership styles simultaneously influence the work performance of
employees. Furthermore, if viewed partially, the style of democratic
leadership influences employee performance. While the autocratic
leadership style and laissez faire partially have no effect on the improvement
of UD work performance. Fajar Jaya Lumajang
