Pengaruh Religiusitas Dan Motivasi Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Yayasan Pendidikan Mabdaul Ma’arif Desa Jombang Kabupaten Jember

The world of education is the most important thing for our lives, every human
being has the right to get and hope to always develop in education. This study
aims to determine the effect of religiosity and spiritual motivation on teacher
performance at the Mabdaul Ma'arif Educational Foundation in Jombang
Village, Jember Regency. This research is quantitative research by looking
for a relationship between two or more variables and is causal. The samples
taken were 70 respondents. The sample technique used is a saturated sample.
The results of this study indicate that partially religiosity has a significant
negative effect on teacher performance and spiritual motivation has a
positive effect on teacher performance. The results of the coefficient of
determination indicate that 34.8% of teacher performance can be explained
by independent variables of religiosity and spiritual motivation, while the
remaining 65.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
