Abstrak

This study aims to overcome the problems of variable facilities, level of service, motivation and trust that might hinder the smooth running of business in Ingshoes Jember shoe laundry. The research method uses quantitative research by looking for causal associative relationships  in. The population in this study was customers from Ingshoes Jember shoe laundry with a sample of 70 respondents. The results of research conducted on Ingshoes Jember Shoe Laundry with data analysis that has been carried out and through various tests it can be concluded that: Facilities have no significant effect on the decision to become regular customers at Ingshoes Jember Laundry Shoes, Service level has a significant influence on the decision to become a regular customer at Ingshoes Jember Laundry Shoes, Motivation has a significant influence on the decision to become a regular customer at Ingshoes Jember Shoes Laundry, Trust does not significantly affect the decision to become a regular customer at Shoe Laundry ingshoes Jember.
