Purchase decision is a decision where consumers will choose or decide to buy a certain product, thus consumer purchasing decisions can be influenced by several factors such as personal factors, cultural factors and psychological factors. This study aims to determine how much influence personal factors, cultural factors and psychological factors on the decision to buy second-hand clothes in Lumajang. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data obtained in this study were obtained from consumers who bought secondhand imported clothes in
Lumajang. In determining the sample using a non-probability sampling technique that is incidental with the number of respondents as many as 47 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who purchased secondhand imported clothes at several second-hand imported clothing stores in Lumajang and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of hypothesis testing through t-test indicate that partially the three independent variables, namely personal factors, cultural factors and psychological factors have a significant influence on the dependent variable of buying second-hand imported clothes in Lumajang. This is also supported by the results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) which obtained the R Square number of 0.669 indicating that 66.90 percent of purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 33.10 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.
