Abstrak

Human resource management assumes that human labor is something that must be maintained and processed properly. In working or doing something, motivation is needed that can move employees. The work environment and organizational culture also affect discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on work discipline, the effect of the work environment on work discipline and also the influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline at the Penanggal Health Center. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 51 employees of the Penanggal Health Center. The sampling technique used saturated samples so that 51 respondents were obtained. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear analysis techniques. The test results in this study indicate that work motivation and work environment do not have a positive influence on work discipline. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a
positive influence on employee discipline at the Penanggal Health Center
