Employee performance is inseparable from work discipline because ASN must have high discipline, good performance and attitudes and behavior must be full of loyalty to the state. In order to improve performance both in quality and quantity, it cannot be separated from the additional employee income provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and additional income through the Siperlu application on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Tekung District Office. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with multiple linear regression test.
The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire given to 30 respondents. The data is processed using SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the variables of work discipline on the performance of state civil servants at the Tekung District Office. However, in contrast to the test results of the two variables, if
tested together with the F-test, it shows a multiple regression coefficient of work discipline of 0.573 and an additional income of 0.272 that the variables of work discipline and additional income can improve performance or affect performance. These results indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of work discipline and additional income on the
performance of the state civil apparatus at the Tekung District Office. The limitation of this study is that it only examines work discipline and additional income on performance. It is hoped that future researchers can add other independent variables to add to the discussion so as to produce new findings related to employee performance.
