Abstrak

Home industry is an economic activity in the form of managing goods to be of high value for their use, business people must be able to do something better than their competitors. By giving the customer something important in the form of a better product, lower price or better service. Home industry Rumah Ike in Pasirian carries out an online marketing by offering affordable prices and various flavors of tela chips. This study uses a quantitative type with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression. The sampling method used the incidental method and the sample used was 58 consumers. The results of this study indicate that online marketing and product competitiveness does not affect consumer satisfaction in home industry of Ike's Tela Chips in Pasirian. The price variable has an effect on consumer satisfaction in home industry of Ike's Tela Chips in Pasirian. Simultaneously online marketing, product competitiveness and price affect consumer satisfaction at home industry of Ike's tela house chips in Pasirian.
