Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SDN Kaliwungu

Abstrak

Elementary School is beginning level formal education taken for 6 years , start from grade 1 to 6th grade in general 7-12 years old. Something school need a teacher who has commitment
organization, discipline work, motivation work and quality life that work could influence something teacher performance that has arrived moment this still Becomes necessary problems get attention like lack of teacher discipline good or the teacher who came late even low teacher motivation. Research objectives this is for know and analyze influence discipline and motivation work to teacher performance at SDN Kaliwungu Tempeh district, district Lumajang. Study this use saturated sampling technique with amount population 33 people and sample in study this is all teachers at SDN Kaliwungu . Research method this use method
quantitative and multiple linear analysis where variable bemeasured with scale likert. The method of data collection carried out with questionnaire, interview (interview) with a list of
questions (questionnaire) and observation. Processing datausing device SPSS software version 16.0 with analysis descriptive and testing hypothesis. Research results show that variable discipline and motivation work take effect significant to teacherperformance. The results of the study stated that discipline and work motivation had no significant effect on performance.
