Abstract

The potential of the internet as a medium of commerce and marketing is currently being discussed, this discussion has resulted in a new view, namely electronic commerce.  This study aims to determine the effect of price, word of mouth and service quality on repurchase interest.  The population in this study are Shopee customers.  The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 40 respondents.  With multiple linear regression analysis technique.  The results showed that price and word of mouth had no significant effect on repurchase interest at Shopee, while service quality had a significant effect on repurchase interest at Shopee.  Simultaneously price, word of mouth and service quality affect repurchase interest.  The determinant coefficient in this study is 55%. While the rest is indicated by the estimated error value, which is 45%, which is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study, promotion and product quality.
