Teachers are the most influential component to the creation of quality education processes and results. This study aims to determine the style of leadership and work culture that is significantly simultaneous and partial to the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Tempeh Lumajang District. This research was conducted on 40 teachers. By using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously leadership style and work culture have a significant effect on teacher performance. The result of coefficient of determination shows that as much as 55.1% teacher performance can be explained by independent variable that is leadership style and work culture, while the rest are 44, 9% of teachers' performance is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research, for example work environment, job stress, compensation, work motivation and so on. The limitation of this research is only to examine the style of leadership and work culture as a factor affecting teacher performance, while other variables that may affect the performance of teachers are expected to be examined by further researchers on different periods and internet services.
