Dampak Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan pada PT. Mustika Buana Sejahtera di Lumajang

Abstrak

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on the performance of company employees at PT. Muustika Buana Sejahtera Lumajang. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling is done through a saturated sample (census) which makes respondents all employees. Samples taken as many as 400 employees at the company PT. Mustika Buana Sejahtera Lumajang. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 16 program. The results showed that work stress has a partially significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment also has a partially significant effect on employee performance. As an input the company should pay attention to the condition of the work environment in order to remain ideal and the psychological condition of the employees so that they can continue to work optimally.
