Abstrak

PT. Sicepat Ekspres is a company engaged in package delivery services. With the company name used, namely fast, it makes a few consumers interested in using the Sicepat Ekspres service. Package delivery services are a very competitive goods delivery business sector. The aim of this research is to explore the impact of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sicepat Express Lumajang. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 44 respondents. Saturated sampling is the sampling method used in research. The multiple regression analysis approach was used in the research to test the hypothesis. The partial test results explain the following: First, the work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sicepat Express Lumajang. Second, work motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance in the company. Third, work discipline also has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Sicepat Express Lumajang.
