Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2022

Abstrak

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity as well as company size on capital structure in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020-2022. This research is quantitative research which is comparative in nature, where the type of data used is secondary data that has been published by the IDX. Determination of the sample through purposive sampling technique which obtained 35 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research show that profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure, liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, firm size has no significant influence on capital structure.
