Abstract

The Influence of Incentives, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama Employees. PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama (BEST) is a manufacturing company engaged in the food and beverage distribution sector. This company is located in Lumajang, East Java. This research aims to determine (1) the effect of partial incentives on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama, (2) partial work discipline on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama, (3) partial work motivation on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using statistical methods assisted by SPSS data in regression calculations and paying attention to validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with partial tests (t test), and coefficient of determination.. The suitable sample used was 49 respondents who met the criteria for this research. Saturated sampling technique, where the entire population in this study will be used as a sample for research. The results of this research show that (1) the influence of incentives partially has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama, (2) partial work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama, (3) partial work motivation has an effect significant impact on the employee performance of PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama.
