The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and market value on company value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research uses quantitative approach method. The population in this study was 45 companies. In the sampling technique, the purposive sampling method was used, so that 26 companies were obtained that successively met the criteria. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that profitability affects the value of the company. However, leverage and market value have no effect on the value of the company. The adjusted R square value shows that 16.1% of a company's value can be affected by profitability, leverage, and market
value. While the remaining 38.9% was influenced by other variables that were not in this study.
