Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, Semangat Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Stasiun Klakah

Abstract

Rail transportation has a very important role that is very strategic
in reducing traffic congestion and reducing pollution levels. In
addition, rail transportation is a reliable mass transportation for
the community, with the development and improvement of the
railway network is expected to increase the efficiency of the
movement of goods and people throughout the country. The
study's goal was to determine whether workplace amenities,
employee morale, and workplace safety had an impact on output.
This study employs a quantitative research design, collecting data using questionnaires that are delivered to all participants, up to a
maximum of 31 participants, utilizing a saturation sampling
strategy. Work facilities have a significant impact on work
productivity, according to the results of data processing that was
done, where the partial t-test results indicate. In addition, the work
morale variable also exhibits the same results, indicating that it
also has a significant impact on work productivity. However, in
this study, it was also found that the results had no effect and were
not significant, these results were obtained from the occupational
safety variable. Meanwhile, from the results of the f test
(simultaneous), it is known that all variables consisting of work
facilities, work morale, and work safety show results that have a
significant effect together on work productivity.
