Companies are established with clear goals and objectives, especially in the form of short-term and long-term goals. The company's short-term goal is to make a profit using its resources, while the long-term goal is to increase the value of the company. High corporate value is required by management and shareholders, especially in the food and beverage sector. Stock prices often relate to shareholders' perceptions of a company's success, or the value of the company. In this study, PBV is used to estimate the value of the company. The purpose of this study is to calculate and investigate how factors such as company growth (TAG), liquidity (CR), and profitability (ROE) affect the value of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. A population of 44 companies and quantitative research methods were used in this study. Financial statements that have been published on the IDX are the source of research data. With a sample of 29 selected research samples, judgment sampling is a sampling technique applied in this study. Hypothesis testing is done through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results prove that if company growth (TAG) and liquidity (CR) have no effect on firm value, profitability (ROE) has a significant effect on firm value.
