Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Duta Veener Semeru

Abstract

1. Duta Veener Semeru is a company engaged in the wood processing industry. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work load and work safety on the perfomance of employes of CV. Duta Veener Semeru. The collection method used was distributing questionnaires. The sample used was CV. Duta Veener Semeru’s employees with 35 respondents. With a predetermined number of samples, the researcher determined a nonprobability sampling approach with a saturated sample. In this study several tests were carried out namely the recitation of the instrument, the classic asuma test and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are: a.) partially workload does not have a significant effect on the performance of CV employees Duta Veener Semeru, b.) partially work safety has no significant effect on the performance of CV employees Duta Veener Semeru. The coefficient of determination obtained is 9% meaning that the performance of CV. Duta Veener Semeru employees is not affected by work load and work safety while 91% is influenced by variables not discussed in this study.
