Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of placement and
workload on employee performance both partially and
simultaneously. This study uses primary data obtained from the
results of filling out questionnaires against employees at the
Central Office of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park in
Malang, amounting to 30 respondents. The analytical method used
in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple
linear regression analysis show that placement and workload have
a positive and significant effect on employee performance
simultaneously with determinant cofesiveness of 48.8% while the
remaining 51.2% of employee performance at the Center for
Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park Malang City is influenced
by variables other variables not examined in this study. Partially
placement does not have an effect while the workload has a partial effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study,
it was suggested that the Great Hall of Bromo Tengger Semeru
National Park in Malang City should pay more attention to the
workload of employees, so that it can affect the performance of
employees, in order to increase placement so that the work results
of employees increase.
