Abstract

This research began with the discovery of problems in employee perfomance. The problem seen in this study is the low employee perfomance caused by the integrity of motivation and work discipline that is less than optimal. This study aims to determine how much influence integrity, motivation, and work discipline have on employee performance at PT PLN ULP Klakah. Obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 respoendents who became the population. In this study, all employees of PT PLN ULP Klakah so that in this study using the saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study prove that integrity and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN ULP Klakah. While wor discipline has no significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN ULP Klakah.
