Abstract

Businesses in the real estate in Lumajang Regency have now been carried out by many entrepreneurs, especially from the developer PT Bintang Indonesia, namely Hasanah View Residence housing. This causes the company to experience intense competition. The price offered is adjusted to the type of housing provided. Hasanah View Residence by Bintang Indonesia housing location has a strategic location from various places and public facilities.
Hasanah View Residence very easy to reach. This study uses a quantitative type with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression. The sampling method used the incidental method and the sample used was 68 consumers. The results of this study indicate that the price has no effect on the housing purchase decision Hasanah Residence View. Location and promotion variables have an effect on purchasing decisions for Hasanah
Residence View housing. Simultaneously price, location and promotion affect the housing purchase decision Hasanah Residence View
