Abstract

Human Resource Management is the most important factor in dealing with problems such as in the scope of employees, employees, workers, managers and other workers, therefore the company or agency must be responsible for maintaining the quality and quantity of work life in order to contribute optimally to the company. or agencies or organizations and groups. Likewise, human resources are always related to performance in the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of stress and workload on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. HARYOTO, Lumajang Regency. Furthermore, to find out which variables have the most influence on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. HARYOTO, Lumajang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data obtained in this study were taken from the nurses of RSUD Dr. HARYOTO, Lumajang Regency. In determining the sample using simple random sampling, namely purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 80 respondents. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results in this study indicate that the stress variable is able to have a significant positive impact on performance. while the workload variable does not have a significant positive impact on performance.
