The work culture of human resources is the attitude of life and the way of human life which underlies the view of life which is based on the value of the commendable behavior which is generally accepted and has become the nature, the habits and the driving force which gives positive power to human to always succeed in work. It applies in everyday life of man, also in community and society. The purpose of this research is to know the work culture consisting of discipline, openness, mutual respect and cooperation both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted on 50 respondents employees of Public Works Department and Spatial of Lumajang Regency. By using multiple linear regression analysis result of research indicate that partially dimension of work culture only cooperation that influence to performance of employee of Public Works Department and Spatial of Regency of Lumajang is simultaneously all dimension of work culture have an effect on to employee performance of Public Works Department and Spatial of Lumajang Regency and indicated by the determinant of 0.613 or 613% the rest influenced by Compensation, Motivation work, leadership style
