Faktor Lingkungan Internal dan Eksternal terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Masyarakat Desa Petahunan Kecamatan Sumbersuko Kabupaten Lumajang

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has enough natural resources. If natural resources are not matched with a high level of human quality, it will cause various kinds of problems. Starting from social problems to the environment and the number of unemployment to the declining quality of the environment becomes a common problem faced by the nation. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing and simultaneous hypothesis testing. Data collection using a questionnaire, which was distributed to the people who set up businesses in Petahunan Village, Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency as many as 75 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially motivation and personality have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, while partially family environment and education partially have no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneous test results show that the internal environment which includes (motivation and personality) and the external environment which includes (family environment and education) significantly influence the interest of entrepreneurship in the community in Petahunan village, Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency.
