Pengaruh Fasilitas Perpustakaan dan Pelayanan Pustakawan Terhadap Kepuasan Berkunjung di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Lumajang

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of library facilities and librarian services on the satisfaction of visiting a public library in Lumajang Regency. This research is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling of 60 respondents who met the criteria with a significance level of 5%. The study was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. With the results of multiple linear analysis Y = 0,692 + 0,433 X1 + 0,405 X2. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) There is a significant positive effect between library facilities on the satisfaction of visiting the Lumajang public library. This is evident from the result of the linear regression analysis which obtained tcount > ttable of 4,786 > 2,00172 with a significance value of 5%. (2) There is a significant positive effect between the services of librarians on the satisfaction of visiting the Lumajang Regency public library. This is evident from the results of the linear regression analysis that obtained tcount > ttable of 4,937 > 2,00172 with a significance value of 5%. (3) There is a significant positive effect between library facilities and librarian services on the satisfaction of visiting the Lumajang Regency public library. This is evident from the result of the linear regression analysis that obtained fcount > ftable of 42,998 > 3,16 with a significance value of 5%.
