Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Subsektor Makanan dan Minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Abstract

The company was founded to obtain the maximum possible profit with the lowest level of risk. However, in this era of globalization, this is not easy because investment development is not very supportive. One of the lacks is the lack of investor interest in investing due to the company's poor value. In this study, company value is measured by price book value (PBV). PBV is the ratio of the share price to the book value of the company which shows how much the value of the share price per sheet compared to the book value of the sheet of shares. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity ratios (CR), solvency ratios (DER), and profitability ratios (ROE) on firm value. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 125. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique, where the sample is selected with certain criteria and a sample of 50 is obtained. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, classic assumptions test consisting of normality test, test multicollinearity, heterokedasticity test and autocorrelation test. In addition there is also a t test at a significant level of 5% and the coefficient of determination. Research data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. Based on the SPSS calculation results from the t test, the results of the study show that the current ratio has a negative effect on firm value, debt to equity ratio has no effect on firm value and the return on equity ratio has a positive effect on firm value.
