Implementasi Lean Six Sigma Dalam Penentuan Prioritas Perbaikan Kompensasi Pada CV. Langgeng Makmur Bersama Di Lumajang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority of compensation improvement based on perceptions, expectations and interests of employees CV. Langgeng Makmur Bersama in Lumajang by using Lean Six Sigma Method. By type, this research is a "qualitative descriptive" The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling.Data analysis used is to test the validity and reliability of the koesioner used to capture data from the respondents. Collecting research data is done by giving koesioner to 30 respondents who are employees of staff who have more than three years working period with the employee's consideration to understand the actual company condition. The results of research there are 5 (five) priority improvement on CV. Langgeng Makmur Bersama in Lumajang which should be on the premises is (1) has never implemented recreation program for employees and their families periodically, (2) the unavailability of adequate health and safety facilities, (3) not yet providing insurance other than health insurance and employment, (4) The company has not provided proper place of worship, and (5) The company has not provided adequate working space condition.
