Abstract

An Organization will run smoothly when all services donated by individuals to the organization receive equal attention and rewards. The success of an organization in achieving its goals depends on human resources, therefore human resources is a very important asset that must be increased effectively and efficiently so that will realize the optimal performance in order to achieve organizational goals. All that is supported by work motivation, discipline and work environment that will later contribute to improve the performance of companies or organizations.This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, discipline and work environment on the performance of health personnel Kunir District Lumajang.The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees of health personnel Kunir district Lumajang. The results of the analysis show that the motivation of work, discipline and work environment simultaneously significantly influence the performance,partially only discipline that has a significant effect. Motivation and work environment have no significant partial effect.
