Abstract

Human resources play a very important role, the potential of every human resources should be utilized as much as possible, so as to provide maximum results. Effective leadership is strongly influenced by the leader’s personality. Organizational culture is also needed in a company because the organizational culture is a habit that has lasted long and used and applied in the life of work activities as one of the drivers to improve the quality of work of employees and managers of the company. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture in partial and simultaneous significant to employee job satisfaction at the store Surya AgungLumajang, the sample of research as many as 31 people. By using multiple analysis result of research show either partially or simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have no effect on employee job satisfaction.ith coefficient of determination equal to 0,042 this mean 4,2% job satisfaction can be explained by independent variable that is leadership style and organizational culture while the rest 95,8% employee job satisfaction influenced by other variables studied in this redearcher, like compensation, motivation, ork environment, work stress.
