Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze workload, work family conflict and organizational commitment that have an influence on the performance of female health workers at Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital using quantitative methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the saturated sample method. A total of 67 people answered. Multiple linear regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis. As a form of guaranteeing the quality of health services, hospitals must maintain the stability of the quality of performance in all professional fields. The most important thing from the stability of quality is human resources that are maintained so that they are always optimal. Therefore, those who work in hospitals, both non-medical employees and health workers must be responsive in terms of serving patients and according to established standards. The results of the hypothesis test show that: 1) Workload has a significant effect on employee performance at Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital, 2) Work family conflict has no significant impact on employee performance at Wijaya Kusuma Hospital Lumajang, 3) Organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance at Wijaya Hospital Kusuma Lumajang, 4) The coefficient of determination of R2 obtained is 0.371. This shows that workload, work family conflict and organizational commitment can affect employee performance by 37.1%.
