Abstract

Yudi Las workshop  is a business in the field of welding which is a business engaged in products and services, which offers a variety of products with diverse variations such as; storefronts, aluminum cabinets, rotary ladders, fences, doors, window trellises, canopies, cots, harmonica,  stair railings, balcony railings,  swings, and others. The research method used in research is quantitative. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, and in this study the number of respondents used was 40 participants. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods. After conducting a partial test or t test, the following results were obtained: 1) the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Yudi Las Workshop in Lumajang. 2) product quality does not significantly affect customer satisfaction at Yudi Las Workshop in Lumajang 3) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Yudi Las Workshop in Lumajang.
