Abstract

The purpose of this study was ti determine the effect of work motivation and disclipline on employe performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office Lumajang Regency. This Research is as associative type using a quantitative approach with the research location use is the Civil Service Police Unit Office Lumajang Regency. The types of data used sre primary and secondary data with internal and external data sources. The population in the study is 180 employees. The sampling Methode is by using the slovin formula with an arror rate of 5% with a sample of 65 respondents. The result of this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of honorary employees at Satpol PP office Lumajang regency. Work discipline has a significant influence on the performance of honorary employees at the Satpol PP Office Lumajang Regency. Partially, the variables of motivation and work discipline with caregivera partially affect the performance of employees at Satpol PP Office Lumajang Regency.
