Human Resource Management is the planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and supervising the procurement, development, remuneration, integration, maintenance, and separation of workers in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on the performance of PG employees. Jatiroto, Lumajang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the PG staff. Jatiroto, Lumajang Regency, totaling 84 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and produced a total of 60 samples. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style variable has no effect on the performance of PG employees. Jatiroto, Lumajang Regency. The variable of work motivation has an effect on the performance of PG employees. Jatiroto, Lumajang Regency. The results of simultaneous testing of transformational leadership style and work motivation affect the performance of PG employees. Jatiroto, Lumajang Regency.
