Abstract

Public services basically involve broad aspects of life, including public services that are the responsibility and carried out by
regional agencies in an effort to fulfill the needs of the community. Aims to determine and analyze the effect of the effectiveness of employee performance on productivity in public services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Lumajang Regency. The population used in this study were employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Lumajang Regency, with a total sample of 43 people. With a simple linear regression analysis technique, the results of the study are the effectiveness of employee performance affects the productivity of public services.
