Relationship Marketing , Price, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.


Marketing an activity humans to meet their needs in order to satisfy the needs and expectations. This the market always emphasizes how to make loyal customers to the company so as not to lose to similar competitors. In p enelitian is aimed to know the influence of relatioship marketing, price and satisfaction on customer loyalty in the store Icon Technology Computer in Lumajang. Furthermore, to find out Which variable has the most influence on customer loyalty at the Icon Technology Computer store in Lumajang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data obtained in the study is in the get of the customer Icon Computer Technolog who make a purchase or service. In determining the sample using nonprobability sampling the accidental sampling den gan number of respondents as many as 73 respondents . The data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of testing at the research is showing that variable relaioship marketing provides impact positively were significant to customer loyalty. thenvariable prices do not have impact positively the significant toward customer loyalty. While the variable satisfaction is able to provide impact positively were significant to customer loyalty..
