Employee performance is the result achieved by emplooyes in an agensy or organization. A review of previous research, in order to achieve the success oc the performance of official employees, it is necessary to create management activities througt the knowledge of employees, job procedures applied, and technology that supports performance to achieve maximum targets. Then the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of personal knowledge, job procedure and technology on employee performance. The method in this study was done by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this research was taken as many as 78 respondents using random sampling techenique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaries using data measuring interval 1 to 5. The result showed that the personal knowledge variable had no siginificant effect on employee performance, the job procedure variable had a significant effect on employee performance and technology varieable had a significant effect on employee performance. The success of employee performance is pursued through the knowledge of employees as the basis for cayying out work based on job procedure, as well as technology as a performance support tool so that work is effective and efficient.
