The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Lumajang Branch FIFGROUP office either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees back office of FIF GROUP Lumajang Branch. The number of samples in the study were 45 respondents. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data collection methods used in this study using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment had an effect either partially or simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Lumajang Branch of FIFGROUP.
