This study aims to determine the influence of personality, organizational culture and transformational leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Civil Servants at the Lumajang Police. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires to OCB at the Lumajang Police, totaling 41 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that personality, organizational culture and transformational leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Civil Servants at the Lumajang Police Station did not have a significant influence with a determinant coefficient of 4.6%, while the remaining 95.4% OCB was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the Civil Servants of the Lumajang Police Station provide innovation and inspiration so that they can stimulate and encourage them to do work outside their main duties and responsibilities.
