Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector that is in great demand by all walks of life, especially in climbing tourism. Mount Semeru natural tourism destination is one of the climbing tours that are in high demand by tourists. The tour will produce a traveling experience, then it will refer to an assessment of the satisfaction of the tour. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the traveling experience consisting of sense, feel and think on travel satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The data in this study were obtained from the opinions of tourists who have visited the Mount Semeru tourism destination. Determination of the sample is done by using nonprobability sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Retrieval of data in this study using internal data, analytical methods with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study are that sense and feel have a significant effect on travel satisfaction, whereas think does not have a significant effect on travel satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination shows if 17.8% of travel satisfaction can be explained by the variable sense, feel and think. And 82.8% of travel satisfaction can be influenced by other variables not in this study.
