Abstract

Human resource management is a series of organizational activities directed at attracting, developing, and maintaining an effective workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine the managerial competence of principals, organizational climate and work motivation simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used in the Probability Sampling technique used is simple random sampling where random sampling of members and populations is carried out regardless of the order in the population. And the sample used was 50 respondents from the teachers of the Public Middle School in the Candipuro District. The data used in this study include primary data. There are 2 variables in this study namely independent and dependent variables. Independent variables include managerial competence of the principal, organizational climate and work motivation. Whereas acting as the dependent variable is the teacher's performance. The results of this study showed that principals 'managerial competency variables did not affect organizational performance and climate variables and work motivation had an effect on teacher performance while simultaneously indicating that principals' managerial competency variables, organizational climate and work motivation had an effect on teacher performance in Public Middle Schools in Candipuro District .
